This year’s Barnsley Original Music Festival (BOMFEST) will be held at Locke Park on Saturday the 19th of July, running from 12pm til 10pm.
The event will have a limit of 5000 tickets, which will be on sale before the event for £5 and on the day of the event at £10, if any are remaining.
The Festival has been regrettably moved from the Old Barnsley Main Pit Site because of the limited numbers, with the growth of interest in BOMfest the organisers have had no choice but to move to a larger arena. 'The Friends of Locke Park' will be helping to run this year’s Festival, they are a group of interested residents working to improve and promote the park and saw the chance of holding BOMfest there, as a brilliant opportunity.
The line up will be announced in early May and tickets go on sale in mid april from named outlets:
