At the forefront of Barnsley Town Centre's community,
bringing together businesses, encouraging visitors and
making things happen are Barnsley Town Centre
Management team.
Barnsley's Town Centre Management is funded both by
the public and private sector bringing together a wealth
of knowledge and experience to enhance the town.
Current funders include;
Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, The Mall Alhambra, Yorkshire Forward, Barnsley Chamber of Commerce and Industry and 1249.
Collectively the Town Centre Management work with all
stakeholders in Barnsley Town Centre to improve the
town in every aspect, including creating a community
spirit, organising events and promotions to encourage
increased visitors, supporting businesses in their needs
and wants and carrying out research to assess the health
of the town, ensuring that the town continues to thrive,
grow and improve. |
